Thank you for writing in.
I have looked into the penguin account Storm and I can see that it is attached to a different email address. I cannot tell you the email but I can say that it starts with an "n" and ends with @hotmail.com.
If you can remember the email address you can go to the log in page of Club Penguin and select the "forgot password" option to have a new one sent to you.
Because there is no past membership on this account, the only way to verify that you are the owner is with the email address. If you cannot remember the email you may simply want to create a new penguin account.
